Snežana Zarić

Snežana has over twenty years experience in research and almost ten years of teaching. Dr. Zarić has gained a huge experience in the field of computational chemistry and chemical informatics. Her main field of interest are mechanisms of organometallic reactions and noncovalent interactions in crystal structures of transition metal complexes. She is author of over 40 papers in leading international journals.

She was postdoc (1995-1996) and visiting researcher (2002-03) in the group of Prof. M. B. Hall at Texas A&M University, the Humboldt (2001-02) and DAAD (1999) fellow, and visiting professor at Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg (2004). She gave over twenty talks at international conferences and universities. Snežana Zarić collaborates with the leading groups in Germany, France, the Czech Republic, and the USA. She is one of the editors of "Central European Journal of Chemistry", and associate editor of "Chemical Papers".

Dr Zarić was coordinator of a DAAD project for Belgrade University for the academic reconstruction in South-East Europe, project leader of Serbian Ministry of Science and Environmental Protection projects IO1795 and vice-dean. Currently she is project leader of Serbian Ministry of Science projects 142037, and project leader for a bilateral project CNRS (France) / MSEP (Serbia).

Abstract
